Warframe Item Upgrader
A player can upgrade equippable items by interacting with item upgrader NPCs. Each upgrade increases one stat, and certain upgrades grant additional stats.

Recycled Items
A lot of the things we use in everyday life are recyclable, including glass, paper aluminum, plastics and paper. Certain of these items are transformed into brand new products, like shoes and clothing, while others are reused to create building materials like concrete and steel. This reduces the amount of waste that we create and also reduces energy costs.
It is essential to know which items can and cannot be recycled prior to placing them in your recycling bin. This will stop you from contamination of recyclables, making it harder for recyclers to separate them. This will enable you to recycle more often and make better choices for new purchases.
Paper, cardboard, and paperboard are recyclable, as are as glass bottles and Jars (as long as they are clean) and aluminum cans. Metals such as tin, steel, aluminum and other metals can be recycled. Plastics such as soda bottles, ice cream containers cans, and plastic bags are recyclable. Clothing and shoes are recyclable, but they're not as common as other items.
Certain items you should not include in your recycling bin include window glass panes and wire hangers. These items are not accepted by curbside recycling programs and should be taken to a location or event that accepts household hazardous waste. It is not recommended to recycle pesticides, paint or construction materials as well as fertilizer in their original containers. They can be hazardous to the environment and human health.

The tool can also be used to upgrade crafted weapons and armor. The upgrader won't upgrade a weapon that has been upgraded if the weapon already has an upgrade. This is due to the fact that the enchantment glimmer will be obscured by the upgrade texture.
Extra stats
When items are upgraded, they may receive additional stats. Certain stats increase the item's level, while others will simply increase the item's base stats. These extra stats can be extremely useful, especially for items that require a high strength or dexterity level in order to use. Certain upgrades have specifications, for example, the requirement of a specific element to be present in order to apply them. Other upgrades, for instance the ability to add additional potion slots to equipment will be applied even if you don't have items with the necessary properties.
Some upgrades may require a special ingredient to be applied, like the requirement of a diamond in order to upgrade the helmet. The item upgrader will inform the player if the upgrade does not meet a requirement. However the player has the option to accept the upgrade. This is a good way to make sure that the upgrades you're applying are beneficial to your character.
